Farretti began with Valeriana, born in Abruzzo, Italy, and raised with the kind of food that is made slowly, generously and with care.
After many years of cooking for local customers, Farretti has become simpler, more focused and more true to itself. Today, we make just two Italian classics: lasagna and tiramisù.
No long menu. No shortcuts. Just two dishes, done properly, every week.
The lasagna is rich, comforting and made with time. The tiramisù is soft, creamy and full of the flavours that make it so loved: coffee, cocoa, mascarpone and sponge.
